Phomecare is the SIL provider of round-the-clock or personalised support, guaranteeing that appropriate, individual-specific care is offered in each SDA home.

Flexibility and choice:

Phomecare, an NDIS short-term and medium-term accommodation provider, provides Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), which serves as a home away from home. Providing respite care in completely accessible homes intended to meet the requirements of both individuals and families. We allow individuals to take much-needed breaks while still providing the required care.

PhomecareCommunity Care provides secure, personalised housing away from home through STA, Respite, and MTA services. Our extensive services are designed to meet a wide range of needs, including behavioural challenges, personal care, clinical support, 24-hour help, complex support requirements, and more.

What is included with our STA/MTA housing?

Our STA and MTA housing offers nicely equipped residences with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and common areas that are conveniently placed near transit and amenities and open to everybody Our complete offerings. Our comprehensive offerings include fresh and nutritious meals throughout the day, round-the-clock uninterrupted 24/7 care, access to both medical and community nursing support, counseling and psychosocial services, specialised aid

coordination, assisted transportation for seamless mobility, and disability employment support.

Housing Support:

Phomecare prioritises complete housing support for individuals with various needs. Our short-term accommodation NDIS providers in Brisbane and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) services are precisely developed to meet a wide range of needs, from behavioural issues to complicated support requirements. Our programmes are intended to relieve carer stress, provide chances for exploration and socialisation, and assist individuals in keeping their current living arrangements.
